Google Apps for Business Update 
July 17, 2012. We’re rolling out an all-new version of Google Groups for Business that makes it easier for teams, workgroups, and public communities to hold online discussions. See below for our latest news, rollout schedule, and resources for launching the new Groups in your organization.
Release schedule

Rapid release customers: Google Apps users will continue to see the new Google Groups for Business as their default interface. Users can still temporarily switch back to the old Google Groups for Business.

Scheduled release customers: Beginning on July 17, Google Apps users' default interface changes to the new Google Groups for Business. Users can temporarily switch back to the old Google Groups for Business.

Adoption plan Plan out the process of educating your users about the new Google Groups for Business
Discovery survey Make a copy of this form and send it to your users to learn how your company can use Google Groups for Business most effectively.
Email template Make a company announcement about the new Google Groups for Business.
Presentation Use this presentation to teach your users about the new Google Groups for Business. To create a copy to customize, open the presentation and choose File > Make a copy.
